Where can I find my RDV code?

You'll find your code in the email you received after booking your appointment.

It consists of 'HUDERF' followed by 16 digits (e.g.: HUDERF xx xxxxx xxxxxxx xx).

If you can't find the email in question, you can request to receive your code by email by clicking on the link 'I no longer have my appointment code' on the modification or cancellation pages, or by clicking here.
