HealthConnect

The secured online imaging portal of the Queen Fabiola Children’s University Hospital allows you and your physician to view the results of your examination.

If you are a patient

You can login here using the reference code mentioned on the document you received during your visit to the medical imaging department and the patients birthdate.
Alternatively, you can entrust your physician to do this for you by handing over this document during a future consultation.

If you are a physician

If you have an account on the PACSonWEB portal with access to our hospital, identify yourself with your personal account.

If you have an account on the PACSonWEB portal without access to our hospital, please request your access to the following address : support@dobcomed.com.

If you do not have an account on the PACSonWEB portal, it is possible to register via Itsme or your EID card or to request the creation of your account by following the instructions on the PACSonWEB portal by clicking on the link « No account yet ? ».

It’s also possible to log in with the reference code transmitted by your patient during a consultation with access to the imaging examination performed in our institution.

If you have subscribed to MediBridge/MediMail, you will receive a secure link and the access codes to the imaging portal together with the report of the examination.
If you have not subscribed to MediBrige/MediMail, the Radiology department can provide you access codes along with the report of the requested examination.

You lost your access codes?

In case you lost your reference code, please contact the designated imaging unit to have these codes deactivated. Should you require new access codes, please present yourself in person to the reception of the Medical Imaging Department.
